[Closed] Seeing Mis aligned numbers on phone and web app

Hey , I love your website , its a great . I want to understand 2 things.

  1. There is always a constant diff of 5 cards even though you map all your cards properly , can you fix it ? why is it so ?
  2. I have added my cards and i see different numbers on phone app and website on my PC.

Hi all, I’m having the same issue, the web site and mobile don’t seems to update simultaneously, I’ve added 5 cards on mobile and 2 on the web page and now the totals are misaligned (the web is missing the 5 I’ve added from mobile and mobile misses the 2 I’ve added from web) even after refreshing various times.

Did few more test, seems something related to cookies or data stored in the browser, if I log in using incognito mode I see the right total

Same thing i also checked, seems when u clear cache on one device it updates but doesn’t transfer updated number onto other device,
My phone i cleared cache and got numbers from PC. But after i updated cards on my phone numbers aren’t updated on PC.

Hi, thanks for reporting. I found the issue. It seemed the cache counted the total number of cards you had in your collection, not taking into account the multiple copies of the same card. So if you would increment a card you already owned it resulted in this difference between mobile/desktop. This has been fixed now and your counts should perfectly match again.

Any idea why there is a constant diff of 5 cards after adding everything from ingame. For ex I’ve 3135 cards in game after counting adding everything properly my total card count here will be 3130. This 5 card difference I’m seeing always.

Can you also correct the card reading mechanism for decks.
For Ex; i have 2 giratina. One is 4 diamond one is immersive. I will be able to build a deck suggested with 2 giratina ex, but currently its looking for 2 of 4 diamond giratina versions only.

This just got fixed.
