Will I be able to get all promo cards?

Hello everyone, this is a genuine question.

Will I be able get, someday, the paid promo cads (the ones that come when you buy the game pass) like, P-B-12 – Ditto or P-A-66 – Mimikyu? Can someone tell me if, one day, these cards will be avaliable for free players?

I would love to have those cards but I am not willing to spend real money on it right now.

As far as I know, they haven’t brought a paid promo card back at all, let alone making it available for free players. It’s doubtful that it happens, as it would make people less likely to spend on them initially, but only Dena would be able to say for sure.
