I could be wrong, but on my screen I’m seeing under any shiny card that I click, it says “chance to pull: 0.00%”, which may be affecting the “chance to get a new card” percentages for shining revelry and celestial guardians. This would be because if all shiny cards are listed as having 0% chance of being pulled, then pulling a new shiny card would not change the overall percent chance of pulling a new card. We actually have higher chances than what the website currently lists!
Could you upload screenshots so that we can see which cards are having this issue?
That may also help the developers fix it.
