You’re welcome! They did do an anniversary event where old promos were available again, so you may have another chance to get it in the future. They also may make them trade-able in the future, but there hasn’t been anything official about that.
A blessing you are. I do hope they make a return event for all the promo cards (wishes being fishes and all). If they make promo cards available for trade, it would be extra magnificent!
