Scan reading oddly

For the last couple days I’ve tried using scan for my pack openings, but i dont think this is reading right.
The first is how it scanned and the following three are the ones I put in to get that result.

That is pretty weird yes, it seems it doesn’t extract the cards correctly from your screenshots. You could try clearing out the cache (which will rebuild the model).
I will try uploading a bunch of screenshots over the next days, but I think it works normally for me.

I am having the exact same issue, it’s annoying cause I have to add all the cards manually for now

I cleared cache and it seems to be doing the same thing after rebuilding the model.

As kitty said I’m adding cards manually at the moment which works, but it’s certainly odd that it can’t recognize the cards even in single images.

Yup, I haven’t been able to scan anything properly either. Hope they fix it soon.

Can you open the console they try scanning again, and tell us if there are any errors logged there?

Also, what browser are you using?

I’m using brave browser on android

Confirmed it works on chrome doesn’t work on brave

Interesting, it works for me on Brave. Can you try in an incognito tab?

Incognito tab still giving the weird half card scan

Well now chrome is giving the same scanning half the cards…

Yup, still having this issue. Doesn’t work in incognito either.

So what ive had success with is using the built in phone browser and using it for nothing but the scan

What do you mean? I’m using Chrome on Android as my browser.

I’m browsing with Chrome on Android.

I’m using samsung internet for card scans only

I just deployed a fix that Greg worked on which offloads part of the scanning algoritmes to be done when we deploy instead of on the mobile phone device itself.

This will make scanner much quicker and more reliable. I don’t think it will help with this particular issue though, but if it does please let us know here.

Haven’t seen any change on chrome or Brave
But
Samsung internet now is giving

An error occured!

Error getting card hashes: TypeError: Uint8Array.fromBase64 is not a function
And the scanner won’t load more than 50%

I was a little bit opportunistic with the implementation and used a rather new API for newer browsers. I’ll try to include older browsers soon.
