is there currently no way to trade promo cards? if so, whats the best way to make a celebi ex/serperior deck without promo snivy? would i just substitute regular snivy on the deck listed in the current meta decks?
Hey, that is correct.
There is currently no ability to trade promo cards.
You can easily substitute another snivy if required. You ultimately want to have it evolve into the Serperior (either ◊◊◊ or ☆) the with the Jungle Totem ability.
If you are unable to use snivy, then an alternate might be to use a Leafeon Ex deck to power up other grass cards.
