Updating the card count for Pidgey in Mega Rising (B1-180) also updates the card count for its corresponding promo card in Promo-B (P-B-5), and vice versa. This should not be the case, as these are two different cards.

I’m having the same issue with Pidgey card and with Luxray card P-B-4 – Luxray card B1-88 – Luxray

I’m experiencing the same issue as you. I also noticed that the cards’ rarity aren’t tagged as P.
Same issue here with Pidgey. I haven’t managed to get Luxray yet.
There are more such connections in Promo B. I currently have the following connected:
B1-180 & P-B-5
B1-151 & P-B-9
