Currently, we can search for specific text and filter cards by expansion, rarity, type, amount owned, and whether the cards are missing or registered in your collection. All of this is great, but I’m regularly finding myself wanting to perform some pretty specific searches and unfortunately having to go to other databases to find what I need. I’d love to see any/all of these categories added as filters:
- Stage #: “Basic”, “Stage 1”, “Stage 2”
- Type: “Regular”, “ex”, “Mega ex”, or something like that
- Retreat cost: Min and max dropdowns from 0 to 4 (default would be min=0 and max=∞, just like how the current “min and max number of cards” filter currently works)
- HP: Min and max dropdowns (also defaults to min=0 and max=∞)
- Ability: “Yes”, “No”; or “Has ability”, “No ability”
- Special tags: “Ultra Beast”, “Ancient”, “Future”
- Trainer card sub-types: “Item”, “Supporter”, “Tool”, “Fossil”, “Stadium”
And these filters would be really useful too but would probably require a bit more effort to implement:
- Attack damage: Min and max dropdowns, and maybe an additional toggle for attacks with variable damage amounts
- Attack cost: Types and total number of energies required. Maybe one filter for min and max range for total energy cost, and another filter with an array of all nine energy types to choose from.
