I dont know if im missing it or not, but is there a way to export just the cards you are missing? not all your cards just what is labeled missing.

When you export your collection, it will actually export everything in the collection, with the all of the owned counts accordingly.
The csv headers are as follows:
Id,CardName,NumberOwned,Expansion,Pack,Rarity
The missing cards in your collection will have a NumberOwned value of 0.
Below is a snippet from my exported csv.
A4-1,Oddish,1,A4,lugiapack,◊
A4-2,Gloom,2,A4,lugiapack,◊◊
A4-3,Bellossom,0,A4,lugiapack,◊◊◊
A4-4,Tangela,0,A4,ho-ohpack,◊
A4-5,Tangrowth,0,A4,ho-ohpack,◊◊◊
As you can see, I am missing the Bellossom, Tangela, and Tangrowth cards.
You can them import the data into other tools, such as excel or google sheets and manipulate/filter the data as required.
