Deluxe Pack ex update?

Will the app be updated to include this month’s Deluxe Pack ex? I’m interested to see how the pull rates for these packs affect my overall chances of getting cards I need when considering Deck Building mode. Thanks!

As far as I can tell from opening some packs a couple of major issues are: - onl…y 4 cards in a pack instead of 5 - 4th card is always an EX or better - packs contain old cards, however they seem to be treated as new cards. - it you get an old card, the old card in the dex will still show as a question mark, so it seems you don't have it - until you click on it and it shows you have one (but in the new set) - the new set also shows question marks for cards you already have in other sets - BUT I did get all the missions immediately since I have the cards in old sets So I don't even know if the probability calculation of a new card should be purely based on the new set or a combination of the old and new sets. Kind of a mess

I’m adding the cards now, but how the pull rates should be calculated is up for debate…

Update on the Deluxe Pack. I just added it to the site. Which means you can start adding your cards and use the scanner.

However, because of the many (extremely weird) changes the Pocket App introduced there will be some things that won’t properly yet:

card counts will not add up correctly
total counts will not be the same as in the app
more weirdness/edge cases
the scanner might not recognise the new foil cards properly since they are almost identical to the normal versions (in that case, deselect the card and manually add it in your collection).

I’m planning no fixing these, but it requires some serious rethinking on how we store the data and a migration plan. This will take a few weeks probably to do properly.

The “fun” part about TCG Pocket and this set in general is that the cards aren’t differentiated between sets, except for the fact the game does say there are different numbers for each card. I just manually check off what cards I have in collection view.

Just out of curiosity, when Deluxe Pack ex is out of circulation, can it or will it be toggled off from Overview?

How will you handle the Deluxe Ex pack going forth. Due to its extreme size and limited time, it is bound to be the recommended pack to open for most players, ad infinitum.

Are you expecting DENA to fix the pack, or do you plan on hiding/giving an option to hide the pack, from the site when the Deluxe EX pack is no longer redeemable?

It would be a shame if the main pack referred for opening would be the EX Deluxe, going forth…

Is it just me or do the reverse foil cards have actually lower drop rates than the regular versions, despite officially same rarity?
