Card Count Delay & Site Lag – Just Trying to Catch 'Em All! ⚠️

Hi awesome Pokémon TCG support team!:sparkles:

First of all, thank you for the platform – it’s super helpful to keep track of all our cards and collections! :raised_hands: However, I’ve noticed a small bug :lady_beetle: that might affect users who are trying to make multiple updates quickly.

When I try to increase the count of a card :chart_with_upwards_trend:, the change doesn’t show immediately. As you can see in the attached video :movie_camera:, after clicking the button to add more, the updated number doesn’t appear at the top right away – it only reflects the change after several seconds :hourglass_flowing_sand:, or sometimes even a whole minute :clock3:! :face_with_spiral_eyes:

The tricky part is that if you’re making quick updates one after another during that lag period, those extra changes don’t get registered :persevere: – so some card counts get lost in the process. That can be super inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to log a big batch of cards! :triumph::clipboard:

Also, the site itself feels noticeably slower lately :turtle::computer:, which makes the whole process even harder. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that we Trainers :billed_cap::world_map: can keep building and organizing our decks with ease.

Thanks so much for your help and all the [quote=“Shinjimx, post:1, topic:4878, full:true”]

Unfortunately I am not able to upload the video in the site.

This could be also the reason why some people can not properly update their cards.
