Logged on this morning and my card count is super inflated (1000+). Looks like my Deluxe collection is summing the other versions of the cards too
Devs are aware and are looking to fix this in due time

I also discovered today that some cards are shown that I don’t have, but they’re light-colored even though there’s a zero underneath them. So, is the percentage still correct for how one should draw?
Yes it just means you’ve unlocked them once and then set it back to 0. Either accidentally or by trading away. You can change the collected status by clicking on the card and using the uncollect button at the bottom.
