The A1a Missions “Catching Bugs” and “Attacks with 20 Damage” don’t show as completed in the tracker despite being completed in-game.
I checked my collection beforehand to rule out a tracking error on my part.
Unfortunately I can’t track down the exact problem or confirm that it isn’t a bug on the game developers’ end instead of yours without starting a new game.
Anyway here is what I found. I hope it’s helpful.

“Catching Bugs”
Expected by tracker (no alternative eligible cards):

“Attacks with 20 Damage”

What might be going on: This mission takes only 5 cards to complete in-game instead of the 10 listed in the tracker. I think some of those cards are probably meant to be alternative eligible cards instead of additional goals.
TL:DR
“Catching Bugs” is probably missing some alternative eligible cards and “Attacks with 20 Damage” lists 10 instead of 5 cards necessary for completion. Probably some mix-up with alternative eligible cards.
