Good Morning, I notice today when I login I get 2 emails with One Time Login Codes. I always use the last one and works just fine, just wanted to make you aware that it is happening. Thank you for all your hard work on this site!
I got the same problem today. It seems to appear when hitting “Enter”, then clicking on the submit button after that (or maybe double-clicking the submit button or hitting Enter twice).
