It seems that the percentage rates to get a new card is the simple equation of (cards missing from deck / total cards in deck) it would be nice to update each card with their offering rate noted to give a better representation of pulling that card.

Yes, this is something we could add. It’s not as simply though as you describe but also not rocket science.
To calculate the probability for example to pull a pika crown rare in the apex expansion you need to know:
- probability in the first 3 cards: 0
- probability in the 4th card: 0.04,
- probability in the 5th card: 0.16,
when taking that into account when pulling 5 cards you know the chance of getting a random crown rare.
Now if you want to know the chance of the specific pika crown rare you have to know how many possible crown rares are in the expansion/pack and take that into account and you’ll have your number
