[Solved] Site lost all card info

I think this is related to the login issues from earlier, but when i logged in because it’d had me logged out prior all my card info was reset to owning nothing. I can slowly redo all of it, just wanted to let you guys know it did that.

What is the email you login with? I can take a look at the export.

I had the same issue happen after the login trouble, my account email is (solved)

I just checked the database and the cards are there. It could be the capitalization of your email address maybe. I’ve adjusted your email to lowercase. Could you refresh the page to see if you can see your cards now?

(removed for security purposes) I already got all my cards readded on the site as of last night.

I migrated all emails in the db to lowercase, so it should be fixed for everyone now.

When I first tried to log in and join the Community, for some reason when I pressed log in, the site went to the original site, showing that I had 0 cards, this could be confusing, and it actually scared me a lot of times since It was not clear for me that in that state I had to go back again to the community.

I think that all that process is really complicated and prevents a lot of people to actually use and trade cards in here, which I assume that it is not the objective.

Has anybody else gone trough that ordeal to be able to make an account?

I just replied to this topic becaise I feel it could be related since there is an error where it shows 0 cards.

Like I said in the other thread, I think this is a problem with your cookies. For everyone else you just stay logged in and redirect automatically back to the community within a few seconds.

Sorry I did not see the other thread.

I have cookies blocked and I use Brave, in order to protect my privacy, and try deactivating most of the Cookies.

have you tried with such settings? Could this be the reason of such problem?

That is very likely the problem. Try to whitelist our domain and see if that solves it.
