The Cleffa promo card was added on August 1 and is not yet in the tracker.
Hmm the card is not limitless - which we use as a source, so we’ll have to wait Promo-A – Limitless TCG Pocket Database

Yes can confirm that Cleffa and the new Blissey promo cards are missing. I’ve emailed the database site you mentioned above but haven’t heard back yet.
It just got added, I imported it to the site.
