Overview, 'Shining Revelry' cards 'you have' under counted

I have 62 ‘Shining Revelry’ cards by manual count in the game, and the Overview page indicates I have 37 out of 111. For some reason many of the cards are not being counted.

Could you filter the new booster pack and show all the cards that you have in a screenshot?

Also please take a screen shot of the page filtering only that booster pack.

Maybe that will make it easier for people to understand what is the problem, as for your description it is really complicated to understand what the root of the problem.

Understood.
Maybe this will help too…
Shining Revelry currently indicates for me that I have 44 out of 111 cards.
1 - I go to my collection.
2- Unselect my 1 Pinsir (make him = 0 cards)
3- Go back to the Overview. Total cards is still 44 out of 111. I’m expecting the total to have decreased to 43 out of 111. (Even if I add refreshes to the steps when changing pages, the total doesn’t change).

Also, when filtering in the game… it indicates I have:
:large_orange_diamond: 59/72 - :star: 6 - :star2: 1
For a total of 66 Shining Revelry cards.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of trying to be helpful. I’m just trying to make sense of it all.

Here’s an example, using Genetic Apex stats (with screenshot)

Using the filters in the game, I have 243 of 286 Genetic Apex cards:
Mewtwo pack - missing 12
Charizard pack - missing 10
Pikachu pack - missing 12

The tracker stats should be:
Total cards
You have 243 out of 286 - not 177
Mewtwo pack
You have 69 out of 79 - not 51
Charizard pack
You have 68 out of 80 cards - not 39
Pikachu pack
You have 68 out of 80 cards- not 44
Every pack
I’m not sure about my “You have 43…” …I know the 3 crown cards are ‘Every pack’ so that accounts for my collection missing 3… so maybe this should be 44 and not 43.

It would be a helpful enhancement to be able to filter by ‘pack’, within each series, in the tracker. (Although, the filtering in the game is not done the same way as the tracker, since the game always includes the ‘every pack’ card, even in a specific pack filter… and the game never includes the star cards in the totals. Which make comparing the tracker and game tricky.)

Bug reports
I have a similar case, but you have way too many cards that are off… I am having only a card difference now and it says the same thing on several booster packs. So the error is in the system.

Do you have the same number of cards in all the other booster cards?

perhaps try to post pictures so that the admins have more tools to figure out the problem.

Your pictures do not really help to understand what is the problem…

Think that the purpose of the pictures is to make evident that the issue is not manual error. With the explanations and pictures that you posted there is a possibility that there is human error in input of the cards. Therefore this post loose interest to the developers.

I can recommend you to use filters as well for ◊ in both the app and the Website, and then ◊◊ and so far and so on.

like I explained on the following post
