Related to the ‘Part of the keeping it tidy’ guidelines for posting, I’ve been trying to update the my original post when cards have been acquired to reduce the duplication of post. It took me a few goes but I got the hang of the formatting available.
The issue I appear to have run into is through some of my trial and error tesing, I seem to have reached the limit of editing the original post 7 times.
Given that people are posting missing/available cards for their entire collection sometimes, would it be possible to increase the number of post revisions to help improve the ‘keeping it tidy’?
Thanks for pointing this out. I found a setting in Discourse, it seems there was a time limit for how long you can edit your post. I’ve set the time limit to unlimited, so hopefully this means you can edit the post as much as you like.
There is this whole feature or users trust levels and you automatically gain trust levels by spending more time on the community/reading/create posts/etc. It is meant to prevent spammers. Discourse is also new to me, not sure if I want to fiddle with those settings at this moment
