Hi,
The overview and collection pages suddenly show I have 0 cards, and any cards I add won’t persist, they just get reset back to 0. I’ve tried logging out and back in and I’ve tried a different device, but the issue persists.
Hopefully it’s just a visual glitch or something and I don’t have to add my entire collection of 6000+ cards again.
This has happened to my account as well, all cards gone, have logged out and logged back in with no success, hopefully everything hasn’t been blipped
same for me, a few hours ago it worked fine
Same here. It’s all gone, save for 8 cards from the new expansion I just added. I think they overwrote the rest. 
I have the exact same problem, it must’ve happened after an update because yesterday “suicune” was “suicunepack”.
Same here. All data is gone. Logged out and back in, no change.
I have the same issue where when I add cards there seems to be a reset and it reverts back to 0.
I also can’t load any of the trade pages of other user’s collections. No cards appear and I only have the headers of the page (no drop downs etc).
Same for me, I had my full set then I was adding a new pack, refreshed everything is gone.
Me too. Didn’t check yesterday but did use it on Wednesday and collection was still intact. Today my collection was empty when I first loaded the page. I’ve tried logging out, clearing cookies/site data, logging back in and collection is still empty.
Same for me, and I can’t add any cards either.

I had the same issue, I added a username to my account and my friend code, collection suddenly came back.
