Looking at the Decks page here, it’s not counting my immersive Giratina Ex, immersive Eevee Ex, or promo Darkrai Ex as usable cards for Espeon/Sylveon and DarkTina. Weirder, though, it’s also only showing that I have only one copy of Pokeball despite my collection here having 4 copies and one of the crown version. I tried messing with my collection a little and it seems like the Decks page is only counting the crown rare and ignoring any promo copies.

Could you check now. There is a fix pushed to count all cards including the alternative versions correctly.
@marcel Deck builder seems to be correct in that it now shows that I have the cards available to build that specific deck.
Note: it shows matches for alternative for the deck list, and not the specific cards I have in my collection.
An example of this for me is the Giratina Ex & Darkrai Ex deck, where I own 1x Darkrai Ex card, and a Promo Darkrai Ex Card. The deck list shows I can build the deck, but shows two of the A2 Darkrai Ex deck images, rather than images of the cards available to me (1x A2 and 1x Promo).
While I don’t have another example, I assume this will be true for other alternative cards, such as shiny, immersive, or crowns, where it will display that users can build the deck, but not with which specific cards available.
Not sure if this is the intended behaviour but just thought I should mention it
