As the title says, the card Carkol from the Mega Rising pack (ID: B1-146) does not appear in the collection. I tried to check both with not acquired cards and the complete collection, but is missing from both. This creates a disparity between the card count in the TCGP app and the one in the tracker.
The card seems to be visible for me- I can find it in my collection and also filter for it.
Are you sure there are no other filters affecting your search?
No filters are active. The following is part of a screenshot showing the place the card should be, the nearby cards, including an example of an unobtained card.
Through tinkering, I found what may have been the problem. The count for the card was set to -1, I was able to revert it to the correct number using the “matches” option on the “trades” section. Thanks for everything regardless, and sorry if it was a waste of time.
