[Bug] Scan cards on andriod device

I recently switched phones, and on my previous one (Xiaomi Mi A2), the card scanning worked correctly, but on the new one (Samsung S24), it doesn’t detect all the cards. I used the same screenshot to test on my new phone and on the computer—the scan worked correctly on the computer. I tried both Chrome and Firefox on the phone and the computer.

This was the source screenshot

and this was on my computer:

I usually take a screenshot per card so that it is easier to recognize to the algorithm.

What is the correct usage of the screenshot feature?

I also have a Bug reports report that is similar, and I have no idea. if it works on Desktop.

Oh by the way, I have switched to upload 10 cards per screenshot. I started to open 10 packs in hopes to get a Golden Pack, I had no luck so far…

My findings are on the previous posts.

And Where you able to fix the issue with the scanning of the cards?

I’m having the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy S22, the scan work perfectly on PC but when I try to scan the same screenshot on the phone the card detection gets weird, see below

Did you turn the Desktop Mode in your phone just to be able to show the results? I am using Brave, have you tried a different browser?

Is the result the same if you use the Mobile version of the site?

So would it be safe to assume that there is some issue with Samsung Galaxy Series S2X?

Is there any way to try using those in developer tools in the browser or, in a android emulator?

Yes - and also to check if it made a difference, but both the mobile and desktop mode had the same result. I’m using Edge, I now downloaded Brave to test it but got the same error, so I think it’s pretty safe to assume this is a Samsung Galaxy related issue. Concerning emulation, I think it should be feasible from most browsers’ developer tool to select a specific mobile device for testing, but I never tried it myself and I’m also not sure how reliable it will be.
